In which period can I complete tasks?

How often will I be asked to do tasks?

The tasks description can be found on the welcome page. This list of task is not exhaustive as the market researcher managing the project might want to gather more, less or different information from you based on your participation and feedback.

You will receive email notifications when new tasks are available. New tasks will be available on a daily basis.

How long does an average task take to complete?

It varies from one task to another. We try to keep the tasks as short as possible, although we have to make sure the results are meaningful. In general you will be informed of the expected duration of a task upfront.

Do I receive a reward?

Only participants who were selected for the final research and complete all the tasks will receive the reward amount.

What is the amount of reward?

Once you've completed all the tasks and the quality of your answers has been checked, you will receive {AMOUNT} {CURRENCY} in the currency of your panel.

When do I receive my reward?

Please be patient. Reward payment will take place in your panel currency 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the project.

Why do you need my personal information?

Generally, personal information is used: (i) to communicate with you regarding your membership and participation; (ii) to tailor survey opportunities to you; (iii) to comply with legal obligations, including, without limitation, complying with taxation requirements; (iv) to administer and manage our incentive programs and fulfill your requests for incentives.

Why did I get an e-mail with a link to join if I didn't apply myself?

It is possible that someone made a typing error and accidentally submitted your e-mail address while asking to become a participant. It's also possible that someone has used your e-mail address without your permission. If you don't want to join, simply ignore the e-mail and the reminder that will be sent. Your details will not be included on our participants' list and you will not be contacted again.
